Document-Specific Private Access

Hi Team,

I hope you are keeping well.

The Private Access functionality which allows projects to limit access to password or JWT login is very useful for project-wide documentation privacy.

We were wondering whether it might be possible to introduce this feature on a more granular level. Currently, we have two suites of documentation in our project. There is one we would like to be publicly available and another that we may want to limit access to. Is this a possibility either from a documentation or version perspective?

Thanks for reaching out!

We’ve given this a lot of thought previously but this feature would bring huge changes to many things, from editor, to search, to linking pages, to UI, … and even our pricing.

While it’s not on our radar at the moment, we might be looking into this in the future. I’ll make sure to contact you when we have solid plans.

For now, it’s only possible to achieve this using two projects.
