Horizontal scroll bar is not working as expected

Please access to this site: https://www.opswat.com/docs/mdcore
We expected that we will have scroll bar on top of the page - for Menu/Tab
But instead we got scroll bar at the bottom. Which is we cannot scroll to select the Menu/Tab in the far right.

Apologies! The issue is fixed now. The scrollbar should show up again.
