We have experienced a few times that images do not appear in the published page, but we can see the images in the editor mode. I have confirmed the images are within the correct file size and format. Some images appear and some do not. Is there any steps to troubleshoot?
We do not serve the images from the editor vs reader side any differently. They’re served directly from AWS CDN.

Kindly note that your organisation is using a a very old version of DeveloperHub from 2022. We’d highly recommend that you move to the latest version to get latest updates and fixes. Please see the instructions here and here.
There is supposed to be three images on the page. When I try to test against the latest version, I can see the images. We will update to the latest version (I have reached out to the admins), and I think that will fix it.
@Karla_Cuadra that is correct. The other 2 images are inline images, which are new features from the 2022 version of DeveloperHub. You’d either need to make them “Image” blocks, or update to the latest DeveloperHub version.
