Reference and Permission of Writer role

Hi,

For now, Writer can edit reference, but cannot import or create reference. I’m wondering why there’s this restriction.
Any chances to have a role for creating and importing reference?
Or is there a way for multiple persons to import their draft reference for testing and checking, at a time? After a review, the Admin will select and turn 1 reference to the final view, and discard others.

Hello @Dung_H_Nguyen,

You are absolutely right, since pages can be created in draft state by writers, we should allow creating API references in draft state too.

We have made a change now so that writers can create/import and edit API references in draft state too.
