Remove/cleanup old PDF files

Hi team,

Is there a way for Admin role to remove/cleanup old PDF files?

Some was failed to generate, some may be outdated, so I want to remove it.

Hey @Dung_H_Nguyen,

I can see that this clutters your screen. However, I am unsure why you need to clean this up as usually one would be interested only in the latest PDF export, which you can always get through the Permalink. Do you usually try to get older PDFs of a version?

Sorry for the extremely late reply.

No, I’d say, we usually get the latest PDF of a version. Therefore, retention is good, so I think 2 or 3 newest PDFs are enough.

Hey @Dung_H_Nguyen,

We’ll work on providing an experience to remove older exports, as well as to hide the failed ones a week after they are created.

It is done, you can now remove old PDFs.
